Allen P. Cardoza, President: a licensed investigator with over 21 years successful experience, Allen established West Shield in 1981. Allen is a member of the Board of Directors for the World Association of Detectives, a former Chairman of the Legislation Committee for the California Association of Licensed Investigators, a past President of the Workers' Compensation Defense Association, and a member of the Southern California Fraud Investigators Association. Allen has received his "Certificate in Workers' Compensation Claims Administration" from the Insurance Education Association. Allen has been the recipient of the prestigious "Investigator of the Year" award from the California Association of Licensed Investigators. This is a coveted honor bestowed upon those investigators demonstrating excellence in the field as well as making outstanding contributions to the profession and the community.
